TRAVELING FESTIVAL

From 2008 to 2011, the Edge of the Woods Theatre Festival featured exhilarating outdoor performances, tasty treats and free arts activities for kids of all ages in towns and villages throughout Muskoka/Parry Sound.

All five senses were engaged in this nightly festival: delicious, affordable treats whet appetites for the sights and sounds to come. Audience members were invited to creatively partake in free activities like stilt walking and puppet making. An evening of eclectic performances under the stars followed, including giant puppets, acrobats, stilt walkers, fire breathers, clowns, modern dancers, break dancers, beat boxers, tap dancers, and a 5-part a capella musical performed by artists from across Canada.
